I am so glad that you are here and you are taking your first step towards a better and HEALTHIER life. The first month can be the hardest and I am here to help you through that.

My name is Charles and I am so happy that we're here together. The video you just watched is probably my favorite video of all time. If you are just starting your journey I want you to remember that no matter what happens, you're stepping to a better, HEALTHIER life.

I hope we can continue to work together, and to do that you need to know a little more about me. I am a teacher, a football coach, and currently compete in the Midwest NPC Men's Physique Division. My passion is teaching, regardless of what I am actually teaching. Today is where I start teaching you everything I know about training and nutrition. I love helping people and I cannot wait to help you accompolish your goals.
